NW Care Group is a dynamic, innovative and ambitious group of dedicated individuals who wish to create beautiful childrens homes in which young people who have fallen upon unfortunate times can thrive. We employ caring individuals who share our vision for success and most importantly we aspire to create amazing memories for our young people.
At NW Care Group we recognise each child as an individual; their qualities and uniqueness and when they become independent adults, they can reflect on their time with us and know they were valued and cared for in a nurturing and loving environment. We want children in our care to live in a loving environment, to feel at home and be offered opportunities. A children’s home where they have access to education and support to achieve their life aspirations.
The individual needs of children are and always will be at the forefront of NW Care Group. And although our teams are corporate parents to the children and young people who live with us, we put a large emphasis on the nurturing aspect of our care. This more natural approach, where we take the time to listen, talk and empathise with the children is an important aspect of building confidence and trust. In return, we can get a better understanding of who they are, what they want and their emotional needs. This approach is essential in order to ensure we provide the right level of personalised support when and where it’s needed.
We facilitate and encourage children to achieve to the best of their ability in everything they do. Educationally this may mean providing support that will enable them to remain in mainstream education, or it could mean looking for more specialist provisions. All our young people have the opportunity to participate in existing hobbies and interests or embark on new ones and this hopefully will help them to build confidence and self–esteem.
Our dedicated staff are a vital part of our organisation and it’s their experience and knowledge that ensures the best outcomes for all our children in our care. Therefore it’s important that staff receive the very best support and training, which we provide through structured training programs, regular supervision, and development appraisals. As a company, this approach has enabled us to grow and develop into an outstanding care provider, delivering the highest quality of support to our young people and the staff who look after them.
Our homes provide an alternative aspect to the more traditional type of children’s home. Simply put we provide caring warm family homes where children can feel loved, cared for and safe. This includes providing outstanding support using the latest knowledge and developments to help assist some of our children and young people who at times present with challenging behaviour and who may have additional needs. Overall, we aim to provide the best possible care available.
