    Marsland House has three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, two of which include private en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a personal sense of home. Children are encouraged to decorate their rooms to reflect their own personalities and interests, making their space truly theirs.

  • Staff Bedroom and Office
    To ensure children always feel supported, the home includes a combined staff bedroom and office. This allows caregivers to remain close by, providing both safety and reassurance at any time of day or night.

  • Main Bathroom
    Alongside the private en-suites, there is a spacious and well-maintained main bathroom. It offers a bright and comfortable space for everyday routines, ensuring convenience for all residents.

Adam Fletcher - Registered Manager

Adam is an experienced and responsible manager having worked in residential childcare for almost 20 years. As Care Director for North West Care Group and with the support of his team, Adam is responsible for all care aspects of the business with a primary focus on making a positive impact on the lives of young people and helping them grow and succeed.

Jenny Holian - Deputy Manager

Jenny is an empathetic and dedicated Senior Residential Childcare Officer with 25 years of experience supporting and nurturing young lives. She previously led a team of 10 residential staff at Trafford Borough Council, where she ensured the highest standards of care through mentoring, training, and fostering a collaborative, safe environment for both children and staff.
